Marysville Joint Unified School District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, ancestry, age, creed, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, mental or physical disability, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy or parental status, medical information, military veteran status, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics or any other basis protected by law or regulation or affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups or any other basis protected by law or regulation, in its educational program(s) or employment, in its educational program(s) or employment. CTE POLICY
 
The Marysville Joint Unified School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability, or any other basis protected by law or regulation in its program or activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups.
 
The Marysville Charter Academy for the Arts offers the following Career Technical Education classes under its open admissions policy: Music Production 1, Music Production 2, Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Technical Theater 1, Technical Theater 2, Advanced Piano, AP Music Theory, Intermediate Dance, Advanced Dance, Intermediate Drama, Advanced Drama. Lack of English language proficiency will not be a barrier to admission and participation in Career Technical Education programs.
