Link Crew
Link Crew’s mission is to welcome new students and make them feel comfortable throughout the first year at MCAA. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, Link Crew trains mentors from the junior and senior classes to be Link Crew Leaders. As positive role models, Link Crew Leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide and encourage students to be involved and succeed at MCAA.
Link Crew is a year long commitment with four main components. Kicking off the year with a New Student Orientation to start building relationships, academic follow ups, social follow ups, and individual connections.
