Meeting and Membership Information

Regular PTCO meetings are held in Room 7 on the second Monday of the month, at 7:00 PM (or attend virtually, see link below) unless otherwise noted in the school newsletter and/or parent Square/ Aeries Portal. All parents and students are welcome at and encouraged to attend regular PTCO meetings in person or via zoom link:
Membership in the MCAA PTCO is automatic for all parents and guardians of MCAA students. Also, all current MCAA staff are automatically enrolled as members as well. There is no membership fee or dues

PTCO can use parent volunteers for assistance with performances, field trips, events, dance chaperones, fundraisers, and more. Please contact our volunteer coordinator if you are interested in helping in any of these areas. (mcaaviccepresident@gmail.com

We welcome parent involvement at MCAA. Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education generally achieve higher grades and test scores, attend school more regularly, do their homework more consistently, and exhibit more positive attitudes and behaviors.

We also welcome community participation, including donations of time, money, materials, and expertise.

Contact the PTCO at president.mcaa@gmail.com and follow us on Facebook at MCAA PTSA.
