Today January 30,  1969: The Beatles perform their final public concert on the rooftop of Apple Corps in London.

Excel Club is holding a food drive throughout this month and into February. There are colorful boxes in many of your teachers' classrooms and in the office. We accept canned, boxed, and other packaged, non-perishable items. All donations will be delivered to the Yuba Sutter Food Bank.

There will be a Fashion Club meeting today in room 21. We will be taking measurements for a few dancers' costumes, so please attend if you'd like to help 

 Sign-ups for the Basketball tournament will be held in DeVlamings room 13. The tournament will officially begin Monday, the 26th, and end February the 13th. Win all through the regular season and have the chance to play the teachers in the finals!! Good luck to everyone, and sign up!!!

Attention all runners: There will be a Runners Club meeting today at lunch in room 17. We will be discussing how you'll convince teachers to join the MCAA team in the Have a Heart run in February to represent their favorite school (MCAA). You can tell them they can walk or run or walk a dog, it doesn't matter.

Remember to buy your love grams! We will be selling them from the 2-6th of February in the quad at lunch. They are $2 each and you can buy one for a friend or for yourself!

There will be a Battle of the Bands meeting in room 21 during lunch on Tuesday.

7th & 8th grade girls~ you think it would be fun to hang out with other girls, talk, have some snacks, do some activities, then do a fun run in May all together, sign up for the after school program, Heart & Sole. We will be having a welcome/information day on Thursday at 3:00, then start the program on February 3. You can come and check it out, and your adult can register you online with the QR code from the flyer in the office until February 10. See Ms. Batchelder or Ms. Hengel with questions.

Attention 8th grade girls! TODAY is the deadline to turn in your permission form for the Girls' STEM Conference at Yuba College. If you didn't receive a form, or lost yours, you can get one in the office. They need to be turned into Ms. Batchelder.
