Physical Education classes are required in grades 7, 8, 9 and 10 and are elective in grades 11 and 12.

Each spring, students in grades 7 and 9 take a Physical Fitness test, with results reported to the California Department of Education.

All PE classes meet the California Challenge Standards for Physical Education in grades 9 and 10.

The Martial Arts style taught at MCAA is Kuk Sool Won.
